Overview
The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything are entertainers at a restaurant, and one night a van full of kids ends up stopping there for the night. The friends launch into the tale of Jonah, who received messages from God that he was supposed to deliver. Jonah was very good at his job, but he ran into a wrinkle when God asked him to go to Nineveh. The pirates tell the whole tale of Jonah's resistance to God, which derived not from fear but from confidence in his own abilities combined with a powerful disdain for the people of Nineveh. He didn't want them to get God's message and have the opportunity to change their ways, but God was very persistent with the reluctant prophet Jonah.
