Overview
Julie James is off to college for the summer. Staying away from her hometown allows her to put the past behind her as visions of her two dead friends and vengeful killer, Ben Willis, still haunt her dreams. Her roommate, Karla, wins a trip to the Bahamas. Both girls decide to take their respective boyfriends on the trip. Julie's boyfriend doesn't show up for the flight so the three friends enlist another pal, Will, to join them instead. On the islands, Julie's boyfriend appears, but he is late because his co-worker was brutally murdered. In a nod to last summer, Julie starts seeing horrific images of hanging bodies and notes stating her guilt. Hotel management, and even some of her friends, do not believe her. It is up to Julie to find Ben Willis, if he is still the culprit, and defeat his evil ways.
