Overview
Topper Hardy thought he was finally going to lead a quiet life as a handy man in a monastery. However, his dream is destroyed when he is contacted by the CIA who wants him to lead a team into dangerous territory. His mission is simple: Rescue the last several rescue teams who have been unsuccessful in completing their mission to recovered abandoned Desert Storm soldiers. Along the way, he reunites with an old love and causes as much destruction as he can.
