Overview
The leader of a business that makes industrial scales sets off to convince his employees that they are one family. This happens as he awaits a visit that could see him earn an award for excellence. His words seem true when he helps the son of a long-time employee to secure a job after he is arrested for beating an immigrant. However, it later becomes clear that his actions are in self-interest. He only wants to portray an image of brotherhood to the judges.
