Overview
Elly is volunteering as a nurse in a foreign country when news reaches her of her mother's suicide. Returning to her family or the funeral, Elly decides to sell her mother's house and start her life anew. Elly is approached to care for a comatose woman living in an isolated cabin. Elly continues to be plagued by visions of her deceased mother as talk turns to a curse hanging over a local family for generations. Elly sets out to discover the real reason she was hired to care for Miss Ambrose.
