Overview
A middle-aged white woman whose name is actually Karen lives up to all modern expectations of the name. Karen behaves entitled and bossy whenever she interacts with any other human being. As a result, her family and neighbors dislike her and do whatever they can to stay away from her. When she continues to cause trouble with her bad attitude, and her behaviors and events show just how prejudiced she is against others in a position of privilege, several ghosts visit her at Christmastime to hold an intervention. They might not be able to cure her entirely, but they're hoping they can change some of her wicked ways.
