Overview
Abandoned (2022) explores the lives of Sara, played by Emma Roberts, her spouse Alex (John Gallagher Jr.), and their baby boy relocate into a secluded country house with a dark and terrible past. As secrets about their house's history are unearthed, the mom's already precarious mental condition deteriorates into a psychotic state, jeopardizing her and her infant son's lives. John Gallagher Jr. (Hush, 10 Cloverfield Lane), Emma Roberts (Scream Queens, The Hunt), and Michael Shannon (Echo Boomers, Dead Birds) are among the performers featured in this movie, which was directed by Spencer Squire (Goodbye, Charley).
