Overview
Demonic is a supernatural horror film that examines how forces outside of our control can take a toll on our lives. Carly and her mother, Angela, are estranged due to the latter's criminal actions that left numerous people deceased. She is contacted by an old friend who admits to being a part of a focus group involving her mother, inviting her to attend. The company offers Carly the chance to communicate with her comatose mother, hoping to reach her. However, she soon finds that there may be a supernatural explanation for why her mother acted as she did.
