Overview
South of Heaven tells the story of a man named Jimmy who was released from prison early. He served 12 years for armed robbery. When he gets out of jail, he finds out that his girlfriend, Annie, is dying of cancer. He strives to help her make the most of the little time that she has left. His parole officer gives him a side job and he ends up getting in trouble with a local crime boss. He has to deal with a series of misfortunate events while fighting to save his girlfriend.
