Overview
During the last part of the Victorian age, a group of women known as The Touched discover that they have suddenly developed mysterious superhuman abilities. The women encounter a great deal of fierce enemies as they continue on their mission to try to change the world. A skilled fighter named Amalia, and a young inventor named Penance, who are also members of The Touched, make a home for the rest of the group as they all work together to battle the many evil forces they run into along the way. As females with unique powers, they are considered the new underclass, some of them having moderate abnormal abilities, and some having stronger and more disturbing ones.
