Overview
Alfred 'Boogie' Chin is a teenager from Queens whose amazing basketball skills are good enough to land a scholarship with a major university. He has the potential to make it all the way to the pros and become one of the few Asian stars in the NBA. But Boogie's life, family and girlfriend are throwing up a lot of obstacles. Boogie can be his own worst enemy with a bad attitude and chip on his shoulder. He clashes with his coach, parents and rival players as he juggles playing hard on the court with navigating the game of life.
