Overview
It is Halloween night and Laurie Strode is being rushed to the hospital after a brutal attack by a masked madman. The man, Michael Meyers, has been terrorizing the town of Haddonfield after breaking out of the mental institution that he had been locked up in for years. Despite being shot several times by his former doctor, Dr. Loomis, Michael is unscathed and set to continue his murder spree. The seemingly indestructible killer searches for Laurie and is able to track her down at the local hospital. As Michael unleashes his fury on the hospital workers, Dr. Loomis and the town sheriff are on the hunt for the madman. They seem to know why Michael is so determined to find Laurie, but will they be able to get to her first?
