Overview
While flying to a remote, rural part of Appalachia to go to his father's funeral, Marquis T. Woods loses control of his plane during a storm. When he wakes up, Marquis discovers that he is wounded and locked in an attic. He has no idea where his family, who were also on the plane, might be located or even if they're alive. He eventually learns that he's in the care of a Ms. Eloise who decides she can heal him through the Hoodoo blood magic of a figure named Boogity via a ritual that she can only perform as the blood moon rises. Marquis realizes that he must do anything and everything to escape and find his family.
