Overview
Martin Blank is a hit man whose latest assignment is in Grosse Pointe, a Detroit suburb where his high school reunion is taking place. An existential crisis has left him bored with killing and wondering what his true purpose is. His therapist, Dr. Oatman, is not helpful as he refuses to speak to Martin since learning of his unusual career. Martin is followed by overzealous federal agents, an assassin who wants to eliminate him and yet another assassin who is adamant he join a newly created union for their specialized profession. In addition, Martin must confess to his past girlfriend Debi why he abandoned her on prom night. Hoping for a second chance, Martin must first resolve professional conflicts in order to win Debi's heart.
