Overview
Crime boss Harris has always been able to count on Neelyn to be his most loyal enforcer. He sends Neelyn from London, his home base, to West Virginia when he makes a deal with an American oilman named Preston. Everything seems perfect at first and everyone celebrates as new contracts are signed. However, that night Neelyn's girlfriend mysteriously vanishes. The last person to be seen with her was Preston's son. Now, Neelyn's focus changes to getting both answers and retribution for her disappearance.
