Miss Meadows is a substitute teacher who loves tap dancing and poetry. She's prissy and uptight with definite ideas of right and wrong. She believes in justice and the rights of citizens to be unafraid. When a man pulls up next to her in his truck, Miss Meadows is faced with a disgusting man who propositions her. She pulls out a gun and shoots him. After, she tap dances down the street. Miss Meadows has a dark past, and that's made her determined to take the law into her own hands if the police don't do what's right. Nobody should be afraid, except criminals.
