Overview
Los Angeles 911 operator, Jordan Turner receives a call from a teenage girl who is fearing for her life. After advising the girl to hide from her pursuer, the call is disconnected. The operator calls back, which reveals the girl's location to the killer. The operator pleads with the offender, telling him not to harm the girl, but she hears the offender reply, "It's already done," and the call ending. A news report later confirms that the girl was murdered. Jordan finds herself on the trail of the killer again when a teenager is kidnapped, and the killer leaves behind evidence, which leads to his identification.
