Some people want to drive cabs to make a living and become successful. Others just want to drive cabs to have fun and goof around. The employees of Harold's cab company belong to the latter, and they enjoy spending their days wasting time. Albert comes to town without time to waste and has a dream of owning his own successful cab company. If only he could motivate Harold's employees, then everything would be fine.
