Overview
Las Vegas hit man and mob enforcer Jack Carter returns home to Seattle after receiving news of his brother's death. After making amends with his estranged family, Jack discovers that his brother was murdered. He is soon thrust into the seedy underbelly of Seattle's porn and prostitution rings and becomes a marked man himself. Jack's violent past becomes his weapon of vengeance as he systematically brings down those responsible for his brother's death. However, unlike his previous battles, this fight threatens to harm his surviving family as well.
