Overview
Milk relocates from New York City to San Fransisco to join the fight for gay rights. Harvey opens up a photography shop that becomes a central gathering place for the gay community. Harvey then organizes the financial power of San Fransisco gays into political power. After several failed attempts at a city seat and a state assembly seat, Milk finally wins an election. Unfortunately, he must deal with conservative city seat holder Dan White, with deadly consequences.
