Overview
Lifelong friends, Joe and Gus are two loveable losers. No matter how good their intentions, everything they touch always manages to fall apart. Somehow the pair wins a contest for a fishing trip in the Florida Everglades. They happily set off, promising their wives they'll be home by Thanksgiving. As their luck would have it, everything that could go wrong does. They are conned out of their car keys, lose their boat and supplies and find themselves teamed up with two young women as they try to pursue the thief and recover their vehicle. Along the way, they learn there is a bounty on the con man's head, but trying to collect it proves to create even more difficulties for the pair. A series of timely mishaps lead Joe and Gus to their quarry, reward and finally their trip home.
