Ed Lover and Doctor Dre decide together that it's time to make a career change. They are fumbling and inept barbers who want to do something more, and they decide to become police officers, a job for which they appear to be equally inept and fumbling at first. In spite of fighting with their duty sergeant, who makes it his missions to harass them and make their jobs as difficult as possible, they stumble onto a major case and ultimately win the day by solving it. Though they make a crime-fighting odd couple, the hilarious duo find that they have real talent as police men, and the leap of faith they made when joining the academy pays off in the rewards they receive both professionally and personally. |
