Overview
Wayne and Garth are back with their unique perspective on the world. Wayne dreams of a huge concert festival that he should be spearheading, compliments of a tip from Jim Morrison. Awakening from the dream, he tasks Garth and other friends to find a suitable concert location. Wayne's girlfriend, Cassandra, is still struggling with her musical aspirations as she works with Bobby Cahn, her new producer. With a volatile relationship, Cassandra and Wayne break up as Bobby swoops in as her new boyfriend. Wayne and Garth throw themselves into their concert planning, but many hurdles remain in their path. Garth's new girlfriend has a murderous side, taking his attention away from the concert. Wayne is horrified to hear Cassandra is marrying Bobby. Everyone must band together to stop the upcoming nuptials and keep the concert festival afloat before everything fails.
