Scott Turner is half the title team in "Turner & Hooch." The other half is a slobbery mastiff he inherits after his friend is murdered. Scott is not a dog person, especially a dog of this size and poor manners. Hooch does his best to make a nuisance of himself, particularly in terms of destroying as many of Scott's possessions as possible. Gradually, though, they come to an understanding. As Scott accepts Hooch more, they go on stake-outs together, and Hooch becomes key to helping him solve the mystery of his master's murder. He also has a role in helping Scott win over his romantic interest, a veterinarian named Emily. However, police work is dangerous, and the team will have to face some difficult trials. |
