Overview
Entertainer Eddie Sparks wants to do his part for his country during World War II. So he teams up with Dixie Leonhard and Art Silver and they travel around the world to entertain the troops. The tour is a great success and the group decides to keep working together after the war. But when Silver gets involved with Joe McCarthy's anti-communist campaign he becomes a pariah in the entertainment business and Eddie must let him go from the group.
