From an early age, Carl Boenish had a passion for skydiving and other adrenaline-filled activities. He became fascinated with the concept of extreme sports that allowed humans to feel like they were flying. While using a ram-air parachute, Carl began to jump off of high buildings and cliffs. Carl's actions founded the modern BASE jumping movement, and he eventually managed to break world records for BASE jumping along with his wife.
