Overview
The law falls short to protect against and contain the threat of the Knights Templar, a murderous drug cartel that has terrorized the Michoacan, Mexico region for years. A vigilante group rises up within the cartel's territory, led by a physician and comprised of locals. Across the U.S. border, a small group led by veteran Tim 'Nailer' Foley seeks to halt the Mexican cartel's violence from spilling into the country through a stretch of Arizona desert. The two vigilante groups contend with the cartel to establish their own brand of order in a struggle that obscures the line between good and evil.
