Overview
Time Out of Mind is about George, a man who is unemployed, mentally ill and homeless. He spends his days searching for shelter and food, and hanging out with a homeless man who may have once been a famous jazz musician. Eventually George decides to contact his daughter, and to use some of the city's social services to better his state in life. Unfortunately, his paperwork is not up to date, and the city denies him the financial aid he so desperately needs.
