Overview
Some horrors are impossible to imagine until you experience them. While traveling in Germany, two girls get stuck when their car breaks down. They look for help and come across the villa of a retired surgeon who used to specialize in helping Siamese twins achieve physical independence. A fun and exciting road trip soon turns into worse than a nightmare when the surgeon knocks out the girls and then announces upon their awakening that their arrival was fortuitous as they, and a Japanese man he is also holding hostage, can help him achieve his dream of creating a "human centipede."
