Alice and Dan are still recovering from losing many friends in the past year to Freddy Krueger's bloody violence. With no nightmares in sight, the two mend their lives and move on. However, an asylum dream keeps Alice up at night. After a particularly horrible dream, Alice calls Dan to say that Freddy is back. Trying to isolate Alice, Freddy kills Dan and begins his reign of dream terror once again. Alice's friends are soon pulled into horrific dreams as they are picked off one by one. Alice cannot understand how Freddy is accessing their dreams until she discovers she is pregnant. With Alice's unborn child dreaming almost non-stop, Freddy uses these dreams to force his nightmares into reality. Alice must stop Freddy before all of her friends and new child are decimated forever. |
