Two talented garden designers are hired to create a one-of-a-kind water fountain on the famed grounds of le chateau de Versailles. She is thrilled with the honor, especially upon learning that she was personally selected by King Louis XIV for the prestigious assignment. Thinking it's a done deal, she is rather taken aback when she discovers that it's actually a fierce competition between her and another world-class landscaper.
