Overview
Alex and Chad are twins being raised in Hong Kong by their American parents. After their parents are killed, they are separated and lead very different lives. Chad becomes a martial arts expert living in Los Angeles, while Alex is a petty street criminal surviving on the streets of Hong Kong. Chad goes to Hong Kong to find Alex and finds that Alex's rival is the very man who killed their parents. Chad and Alex must join together to defeat the man behind their parents' deaths and get revenge.
