Overview
A young woman who excelled in high school but is now burnt out after working as a news reporter in New York City, decides to take a break and return to her hometown in Connecticut to reevaluate her life. Luckily, her old job as a lifeguard has an immediate vacancy and even though she turns 30 on her next birthday, the young woman accepts her former position and tries to return to a time in her life when she felt most happy. When she encounters a troubled young teenager at the pool, she finds herself strangely drawn to him and begins an affair.
