Overview
There are two types of vampires in the world. The Moroi are a peaceful and mortal race who wish to live in peace and secrecy, and the Strigoi are vicious immortal vampires who desire utter domination. Rose Hathaway is a human/vampire hybrid teenager in training to be a guardian for the Moroi. Rose is a student at the vampire exclusive St. Vladimir's Academy, but when she uncovers sinister secrets within the faculty, she questions the academy's intentions.
