Overview
The latest installment of the popular Dutch splatter horror film series takes place in the United States of America, on the grounds of one of the largest maximum security prisons. The inmates of the penitentiary are being tortured by scientists and being selected to become the newest subjects of an experiment known as "the human centipede" - a horrific organic chain whose links are comprised of human beings crouched over and sewn together by their mouths to the preceding person's anus. The idea behind the experiment is to simulate a creatures with a long, singular digestive system; the people behind the construction of this particular human centipede project are plotting to utilize five hundred people, including the prisoners, in their experiment.
