Overview
Kevin Lennihan is a professional con artist. The one time he ends up before a judge, however, it is actually for a crime that he didn't commit. So in an attempt to get off the hook, he decides to claim insanity. This lands him in a mental hospital on Governer's Island for a mental examination. However, that night a great storm rushes over the island, causing a massive power outage in the hospital. Lennihan is able to use his conman wits to take advantage of the ensuing chaos, cunningly posing as one of the hospital's doctors. And soon, he finds himself in charge of the entire hospital.
