Overview
A professional hitman in New Orleans strikes up an unlikely partnership with a cop in order to find out just who was responsible for killing the hitman's partner during the pair's last assignment involving the execution of a police officer. When the officer's former partner arrives in town to get some answers, the hitman decides their best bet is to pool their resources in order to find out the identity of the killer. As the clues and action unfolds, it becomes more and more likely that some powerful people in the nation's capitol were involved in some illegal business dealings leading to the killings the hitman and the cop are trying to avenge.
