Overview
College students Billy, Gus, Lita, Cruz and Julian head to rural West Virginia for a festival. After nearly running over a man, the man attacks them. They are all arrested by Sheriff Angela Carter and her deputy. The deputy, left behind when the sheriff takes the others to jail, is set upon by the man's family who all turn out to be cannibals. They kill him. Back at the police station, everyone but Billy is released since he confesses that he owns the drugs the sheriff found. The cannibal family come to town and begin attacking and killing the students one by one.
