Overview
Based on the best selling book, One for the Money tells the story of Stephanie Plumb. After going through a divorce, losing her job and seeing her car repossessed while having dinner with her parents, she makes a desperate move and accepts a job working at her cousin's bail bonds agency. When she learns that Joe, the man who stole her virginity, ran from the cops, she decides to track him down. Though she isn't sure if he's guilty, she looks forward to bringing him to the police, and it doesn't matter to her that he's a cop either. With her grandmother, a prostitute and a former military man named Ranger by her side, Stephanie learns that bounty hunting isn't as easy as it looks on television.
