Overview
Set well into the prehistoric era, this story is the personal journey of a mammoth hunter as he attempts to salvage what is left of his home, his tribe, and of the people he loves. D'Leh is practically an orphan after his father abandons the mammoth hunting tribe they belong to, but he is a great warrior. He is taken under the tutelage of master Tic'Tic, who shows him everything he knows about hunting, life, and honor. D'Leh must save the love of his life, Evolet, who has been kidnapped by slave hunters on horses. To do so, he needs to win the hearts and minds of his people, and defeat the slave hunters. His journey takes him to lands he had never imagined, including the pyramid kingdom of a slave God. Will D'Leh's desire and heart be enough to overcome a stronger enemy?
