The Reagan family refers to serving in law enforcement in New York City as the "family business." The law enforcement blood flows deep in their veins. Frank Reagan is the current NYPD commissioner. The post was once held by his father, Henry. One son was killed in the line of duty. One surviving son, Danny, serves as a detective and the other, Jamie, as a patrolman. Frank's only daughter, Erin, is an Assistant District Attorney. Together, they fight crime and corruption in the city, staying close to their Irish-Catholic roots. Honor in the family is a fundamental driving force that gets them both into and through the dangerous situations they face as a New York family dedicated to serving in the field of law enforcement.
