Overview
Rookie filmmaker Mitch Haven decides to base his new fiction on a true crime. Mitch casts Laurel Graham for his female lead. She continuously denounces her acting ability, but her reasoning falls on def ears. Laurel has a checkered past as well as possible involvement in the original crime, but Mitch becomes enamored with the mystery surrounding his leading lady. Increasingly unable to distinguish reality from the film he is creating, Mitch becomes involved in a sordid plot well beyond his direction.
