Overview
Yang Tianchun lives a heroic double life. During the day, he administers traditional Chinese medicine to the people in his community, with a special focus on the needy. When night falls, however, Yang sheds his meek facade to adopt the persona of Iron Monkey, a masked warrior bandit similar to Robin Hood who plunders the stores of the rich to aid the downtrodden. After inciting the anger of powerful officials, Yang finds himself at odds with fellow physician Wong Kei-ying, a well-meaning, powerful martial artist and loving father with whom Yang eventually develops an alliance against a common enemy.
