Overview
When meteors begin striking Earth's atmosphere all around the globe, no one suspects an alien attack, leaving humanity flat-footed and ill-equipped to handle the invasion that begins shortly thereafter. One man, Marine Staff Sergeant Michael Nantz, is assigned the task of rescuing a group of civilians hiding out in the LAPD police station. The catch? He needs to complete his mission before the Air Force bombs the entire city, destroying both humans and hostiles alike. Struggling with his own demons, facing alien forces on every side, Nantz resorts to unconventional warfare as he tries his hardest to complete the mission, cripple the enemy and save innocent lives.
