Overview
In the year 2017, America is an apocalyptic wasteland, and the U.S. government has been overrun by a fascist military group. The leaders of the new order intend to wipe out the remnants of the country with Red Ribbon, a disease mutated from the AIDS virus. Barb, a motorcycle babe living in the last safe-zone, carries a naturally occurring antidote to Red Ribbon in her blood. When her secret is discovered, she becomes an enemy of the state and must flee a number of assassins.
