Overview
Undercover police officer Sean Kane must resign from the San Francisco Police Department's Narcotics Division after his partner is brutally murdered. He makes the decision to work alone and go beyond the law to seek revenge against a powerful and well-connected drug lord, Morgan Canfield, who is known to destroy anything and anyone that gets in his way. Kane seeks help from a martial arts wizard, Chan, who comes with him on his final fight against this criminal. Kane is more than ready to take down everyone that was connected to his partner's death and his partner's girlfriend's death.
