Julian Peters is an American vacationing in Rome, Italy when he meets up with another American who just goes by the name of Phoebe. As the two are taking in the sights of Rome, they come across a lost dog that looks like it has a very wealthy owner. Sure enough, the two find out that the dog is owned by a wealthy man in Monte Carlo and there is a $5,000 reward for the dog's safe return. The two immediately set off for Monte Carlo to return the dog to what they hope will be a grateful owner. When the trio arrives in Monte Carlo, they find out that the dog's owner is dead and Phoebe and Julian are considered fugitives. They must clear their names before they wind up in a Monte Carlo prison for life. |
