During the course of World War II, the Nazis were constantly working on new technologies that could have changed the course of the war. One of the formulas that the Nazis had been working on was a process to turn a variety of items into gasoline that would be suitable for automobiles. The Nazis wanted to eliminate the need for oil companies and also be able to supply their war machine with fuel no matter where it is. The formula disappeared for 30 years before it was discovered by detective Barney Caine of the LAPD. When Caine starts to look for a buyer for the formula, he finds out that the oil companies know about the formula and they will do anything to destroy it and anyone who knows about it. |
