Winslow is in trouble with his bookie and is in desperate need of cash to pay off his gambling debts. If his rich but terminally ill uncle would die all of Winslow's cash flow problems would disappear. His uncle is being well cared for by some of the best medical attention money can buy, and Winslow sees that as part of the problem. So he hires three incompetents to take care of his uncle in order to speed up his uncle's demise. As inept as the new hires are, it just might work.
