A South American dictator needs weapons and there are more than enough companies who would like to sell them to him. As bad as they want the deal, all the companies seem to be having trouble of some kind. One representative manages to convert to a new religion, while another is having issues with what constitutes a respectable bribe in the corrupt country. Two of the representatives only seem to have eyes for each other and still another knows his job is on the line; his company will be forced to close if this sale doesn't happen.
